We usually say we're "an ecosystem of 8" because not all team members are onsite all of the time. We know that the best designers and developers demand a certain flexibility and can prefer to work from home. The flip side is that we still have frequent onsite meetings for work and play, and we're invested in the camaraderie of our team and the development of our unique culture.

Owner and Developer
10 years of deep technical experience with Java and Ruby, Tom brings well-rounded technical acumen from his tenure at Amentra and project leadership from his service in the Air Force. Tom has a Bachelors in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Masters from Boston University
Mike Oristian
Owner and Developer
Almost 15 years of software experience and online business development at Accenture, Viant and Alexander Interactive with companies like Bank of America, NBC, Sony, Polo Ralph Lauren and Virgin Mobile. Mike has a Bachelors in environmental engineering from Stanford University.
